From May through July 30th, you can join others in a movement that will help create successful educational outcomes for children in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program! By participating in the 2018 School Supply Drive, your generous donation will benefit mentees (Littles) and their school-aged siblings who come from many types of family structures, different social-economic levels, ethnic backgrounds, and schools across all communities.
Last year, over 400 children were served through the Big Brothers Big Sisters School Supply Drive! Through donations and our mentoring services, 98% of those children who benefited were promoted to the next grade level or graduated, 98% stayed out of the juvenile justice system, and 95% increased their scholastic competency. This year your tax-deductible donation will have a dramatic impact on the lives of many more children!

Giving Financial Support
Your financial donation will be used to provide a new backpack filled with school supplies for each Little and their siblings. Did you know that our School Supply Drive is supported entirely by charitable donations? We encourage you to make a difference today by considering making a donation of $30 or more to help a child get excited for the new school year!
Donating Supplies
Hold a general school supply drive to collect supplies at your place of work, worship, civic organization, social circle or simply donate supplies/funds as an individual. You may also "adopt" a certain number of children for which you provide backpacks and supplies. All donated supplies will need to be dropped off at the nearest Big Brothers Big Sisters office.
With your generous donation, BBBS will serve children in our communities by ensuring they have what they need to kick off a great school year! Each donor will receive a receipt from BBBS for charitable tax-reporting purposes. Thank you for your support in helping the children of Texas this school year. You are truly making a BIG difference!
