What information do I need to share as I purchase my ticket and why?
You name and your guest name, shipping address, email and mobile phone number. This will allow BBBS to send you information on mobile bidding, deliver your wine experience, send pick up information for the cocktail kit, and send over your gift card.
What experience do I get with my ticket?
Please see our Sponsorship and Tickets link on our website for a listing of what is included with your ticket. Each experience can be shared for 2 guests but can be enjoyed individually as well. There are no ticket cost difference to have an experience for an individual or a couple.
What if I want to Donate?

When will the Big Black Tie Ball Stream?
You can watch the Big Black Tie Ball virtual program on Friday, November 5, 2021. You and your guests will be sent links and participating platforms (Facebook live, YouTube live, where you can view the Big Black Tie Ball 2021 program.
How long is the silent auction to be held?
The silent auction will launch on Monday, November 1st and will end at 8:00 PM on Sunday, November 14th.
When can I pick up my auction item?
Big Brothers Big Sisters will reach out to our auction winners to confirm either delivery or pick up times. All certificates, gift cards and other packages able to be mailed to be delivered to the guests address provided. Larger items will be scheduled for either a pick or delivery by Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Is the streaming open to the public?
Yes, guests and public audience can stream our Big Black Tie Ball program on participating platforms.
When do I receive my gift card for dinner?
Big Brothers Big sisters will be reaching out through the email you provide, in the form please indicate what is your preferred restaurant for dinner. Big Brothers Big Sisters will send out the gift card based on you preference. If you have any questions, please email dallasevent@bbbstx.org.
Why are there ticket options?
The Big Black Tie Ball event will be live streamed for all guest, however if you would like to participate in the A Toast to BIG Moments Experience guests must purchase a sponsorship or tickets. Please click here to view ticket options for wine tasting, mixology and a gift card for dinner, guests must purchase one of the ticketed options in order to receive these items.
How do I choose my wine for the wine experience?
Wine options are listed on the ticketed page located here, please make sure you have selected your preferred wine. If you have any issues please email dallasevents@bbbstx.org.
How does the virtual wine tasting work?
You will receive an email that shares our platform link for you and your guests to jump online to participate for our Virtual Wine tasting. Our wine expert will guide you through the wines history, region, and tasting to help expand your wine knowledge.
